“Ours was a spring visit. Our expectations were met. The location is right on the central mall and very close to the beach and the downtown shopping street. Parking is on street. Every room is different, so that could affect how you view your stay. Ours was second floor, one room back from the second floor porch. That porch is where breakfast buffet is served. We could still see the mall from our window while being close to the porch for buffet and coffee or tea during the day…yet our room……

“I booked a room on short notice and only needed a place to sleep. The accommodations were moderate and the price was not too high ($114.00) after some discounts. It was late April and it was in the 50's outside. The heater barely worked and stayed very cool all night. It had no carpet, just tile, so it was cold to walk on.
