"At the last moment, expedia changed changed this accommodation. Which was the worst room i have ever stayed in my lyf. Room had some stinky smell. Hard bed. Stains on the bedsheet, towel. Disgusting but had no choice. So stayed. Really disappointed with the trip because of the room"

"Kerela houseboats is the middle agency for blue house boats. NOT at all worth the money looting customers, spent so much but was shared with 6 families not peaceful!..asked for towels said 1 room 1 towel(more like long napkins) for 4 ppl. Double bed not enough for 4 ppl, after insisting got the extra bed, not recommended for the money spent."

"It took 45 minutes to checkin and 30 minutes to checkout. Very inefficient process. Went late to lunch buffet, and food was cold. A la carte food was good. Location of hotel is good, though getting to it is interesting in a larger vehicle. "

"We had a really poor experience… 1) The bathrooms and washing areas were smelling bad / extremely unclean… the taps were all fully dark and rusty 2) very salty water provided for all washing / bathing. 3) extremely un-friendly staff who were showing absolutely no interest in the welfare of the guests. 4) It was extremely hot during day time, so we asked them to switch on the AC and they said AC will be available only from 9pm. 5) We bought some expensive prawns from the shop they took as to ,...

"Had a great boat ride on the lake. Attended a wedding here and they made it look beautiful. Rooms large and great view from balcony. Staff excellent and the rate for our room was great. Food was good with lots of choice, would highly recommend "
