There was a house party until 6 AM. Loud music young teenagers. Sketchy neighborhood. The host never responds, but they have some personal working for them. That always acts like they couldn’t do anything. The place is outdated with new amenities. No air-conditioning. No doors on any rooms. One bedroom with a bed in the kitchen. There was a fight next-door. And stray cats scratched the top of my car. Random stray cats around the property. Dirty relic was flipped over to the backside where you can see the back of the rug as you were walking around the house. I couldn’t believe it.

Room wasn’t ready when we got there at 5pm. The entrance is super sketchy and the stairs to go up are not up to code. They live downstairs and were smoking weed and you can smell it upstairs. I left some unopened brand new groceries and drinks in the fridge when we left, and they kept my deposit saying I left “excessive trash”. Trash being the groceries I thought they’d like to have. Any excuse to keep my deposit.

I personally feel the place wasn’t cleaned as they stated. And I didn’t stay, I stated my concerns. And told them I would not stay and left. If you washed dishes, please don’t leave a wet used towel to reuse. And that’s only one issue
