「Room was hot when I got there had to turn on the air. Swimming pool was ice cold and hot tub was under maintenance. No Elevator to second floor and stairs are carpeted and not the easiest to carry bags up to the room. Staff was not very friendly and did not greet you when I came in at anytime I was going in or out. Rooms were okay but not spotless. 」
