“I arrived later in the night for check in due to a work issue. My reservation was for Friday thru Sunday. Upon arrival I checked in only to find they gave my king room away to someone else because I booked through a 3rd party and had not checked in earlier - and yet they were already paid from Expedia. They scurried around and literally had to call management to figure out what happened and what to do. Finally they gave me one of their very last rooms with 2 queens and apologized for the……

“We spent four night. The staff were very nice and welcoming. We were told there was no coffee making facilities but we used microwave to heat water. So take your own microwaveable cup. The room was well worn. No usb ports, no hangers. Bath mat was thread bare with holes The beds were comfortable but the pillows were way too soft. For me anyway. There are no restaurants nearby. But the Subway is good. Very basic”

“The room was clean and well stocked. The shower was awesome with great water pressure. The only thing I will say about the shower was that the bottom of the tub was extremely slick. I put the bath mat in the tub to keep from slipping. The young lady who checked me in was so friendly and professional. We traveled with my little dog and they were very accommodating.
