This modern 2-bedroom apartment, just a 3-minute walk from the beach, is the perfect choice for families, couples, or small groups of up to 4 guests. With a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere, it provides everything you need for a practical and relaxing seaside stay.



The apartment features a bright, inviting living room—ideal for unwinding after a beach day—a fully equipped kitchen for meal preparation, two cozy bedrooms with storage space, and a functional, well-kept bathroom. There’s also a private balcony with a table and chairs, perfect for enjoying the evening outdoors.



You have exclusive access to the entire apartment, ensuring complete privacy during your stay. Access to the building and courtyard is shared with other residents.



The location is a real highlight: you can do almost everything on foot, with restaurants, a supermarket, and a market just 3 minutes away. The ferry to Lisbon is about a 7-minute walk, making it easy to combine beach days with city visits.



Check-in is in person, and all instructions will be provided in advance for a smooth arrival.



As this is a coastal area, it may be busier during peak season. The apartment is suitable for children and ideal for families. We kindly ask you to respect quiet hours and the neighbors. Check-in and check-out times must be observed unless agreed otherwise. Smoking is not allowed inside or outside the apartment. Upon request, late check-out or additional cleaning services may be available for an extra fee.
