"We weren't very pleased with this place. For starters, we found out upon arrival that we had to pay 6000 tenge for two people/two nights. Below is the only mention of potential fees: "Hotel fees The price DOES NOT include any applicable hotel service fees, charges for optional incidentals (such as minibar snacks or telephone calls), or regulatory surcharges. The hotel will assess these fees, charges and surcharges upon check-out." The staff claimed this was a newly imposed tax from Feb 2023....

Staff were excellent at reception, friendly and offered early check-in and late check out. Well located near metro, bus stop and wothin walking distance to main sights. Safe area and clean. "
