A charming cottage with lovely enclosed cottage garden, located just 1 mile from Sugar Sands, a secluded sandy beach, with Craster and Alnwick nearby.. Ground Floor:

Living/dining room: Freeview TV, DVD Player, Electric Woodburner

Kitchen: Electric Oven, Gas Hob, Microwave, Fridge/Freezer, Dishwasher, Washing Machine

Bathroom: Roll Top Bath With Shower Over, Toilet

Bedroom 3: 2 x Single (3ft) Beds

Shower Room: Cubicle Shower, Toilet. Gas central heating, gas, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Travel cot and highchair.. Large enclosed front garden with patio. Rear courtyard with patio, garden furniture and BBQ. Private parking for 2 cars. Bike store. No smoking.. This charming stone-built, period holiday cottage dates back to the 1840’s and is situated in the heart of the village, midway between Craster and Alnwick. In an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, it is perfectly located for exploring this unspoilt county and set on a Heritage Coastal route with some of the finest beaches in Britain. Within 1 mile from a secluded sandy bay and coastal walks. Nearby is the village post office. Alnwick, 4 miles, with the castle used as ‘Hogwarts’ in the Harry Potter films. Bottle of wine on arrival. Shop 200 yards, pub 1½ miles, restaurant 2 miles.

Enjoyable week in Northumberland

Lovely well equipped cottage and owner left lots of goodies😋. Ideally situated to get to lots of interesting places. Secure front garden and small patio at rear. Didn’t see a village shop but large Sainsbury’s and Lidl within a short distance also Morrison’s in Alnwick. Will most likely return next Spring .
