Disappointed. Pictures on the web is a big liar for the hotel to gain the revenue as what we get is absolutely very disappointed. Not value to the amount that we've paid. Not recommended and pls avoid this. Would rather sleep in the car which is much more better then their room.

careless staff
1 night stayed at this hotel. new hotel and still need to touch up every single side in their room. check in was smooth. I was given room number 111, after 20 min stayed in my room suddenly 1 man open my room using another access card. receptionist at that time very careless because it gave the same room for difference guest at the same time. I was so shocked at that time. i can heard exactly what guest beside my room talking and can smell cigarette smoke from another room. overall I suffered from bad experience here.

No passenger lift
It strategically located at 5mins away from the town centre. But it need to drive far to make a U turn in order to access to the inner road of the hotel. It is a hotel without passenger lift. Staff is friendly and the hotel is clean. Nice to stay anyway.

I rented 2 rooms, both of the room had strong cigarettes smell. 1 of the room have very big pole on side of the room which take alot of the room spaces. The aircon also not working well for the room. No lift and toiletries such as toothbrush, tooth paste and shampoo not provided for free. T

Facilities Needs Repair
I was staying in Room 202, One of the light bulb was spoiled, there was a leak from roof in washroom, not to mention I can't adjust the air conditioner temperature. Would be great if the hotel provides a jug that we can kept water that was boiled. The parking space was insufficient and the entrance to hotel was really dark.

Horrible stay at Room 106
Smell of cigarette smoke comes into room after midnight!! Think the "ghost" there prefer smoking at midnight, because according to staff there, "ALL ROOM ARE NON-SMOKING ROOM". The smoke kept me awake whole night. Air conditional in the room is terribly dirty and dusty.

Cheap with more than satisfied room condition
The hotel location is nothing to shout about obviously. Located quite far from Alor Setar City Center. If you driving, it won't be a problem. The hotel provide ample outdoor parking space. The room was great for what i am paying which is less than RM100. Quite spacious and the beds is comfortable and clean. No phone provided u need to go down to lobby if you need something. The hotel staff is friendly and efficient. Overall it was a pleasant one night stay. TQ

Very nice hotel although not in the city center
I have booked for 1 night and 3 nights separately but for the same room. However for the 2nd day of our stay we were required to switch rooms, which turned out to be bigger. (I booked for the premier room, so i suspect they have given me a standard room for the first night). They do not serve breakfast, and extra blankets are not available, and they also do not have any elevator. I saw bikes in the lobby, but i dont know if they provide rentals.

Terrible Stay Experience - Not worth to stay again
I had a extreme bad experienced for 2 nights staying after 3 years my last check-in to this hotel. Overall, the Malay receptionists were impolite and rude. My first night check-in at around 12am, 3 staff were sitting at the lobby sofa chatting each others and i have to rise my voice to call for check-in. I waited almost 20mins to get my access key. On the second night, i check-in my room at 11:20pm thought to open my laptop to check the email before taking bath, in less than 5mins i felt my whole buttock & both thigh full of itchy; immediately i release something went wrong on the rotten chair. Without other consideration, i rushed to the bath room switch on hot water to shower my itchy body for more than 30mins. My lower part of body was swollen, pain and itchy. I call from my mobile phone to the reception (the room does not provide fix phone) for more than 3 times no body come to my room to check whats happening. I waited for about 15mins i heard sound from next door immediate i walked to next door (my body cover only by tower) to complain to the staff. I told him there are bugs on the rotten chair and shows him my swollen part. I asked to change room. It take another 15mins he call another 2 staffs to come to the room. I was so mad after transfer to other room immediate i rush to emergency at Putra Medical Centre to seek injection & medication. The clock now almost 2am

The room is not equipped with the telephone,so much so in the event of the faulty toilet, we need to either go down to the ground floor to inform the reception or to call using our handphone. And,the hotel should engage the pest control services because there were many ants in the room during our stay.
