“这是一家家庭经营的旅店，很大，房间很多。在距离新天鹅堡不远的小镇上。为了看新天鹅堡，我们选择住在这里，酒店的男主人貌似很和善，但在实际安排房间时，明明我们对面的山景房是空的，他也没有安排我们入住，而是把我们安排在走廊这头，人来人往，都经过我们房间窗口，很吵闹。我们连住两晚，他居然不给安排打扫房间，而且毛巾也不给换，还是我去要的才给了一条。他的理由是，我们房间有狗，怕狗跑，所以不给打扫，一天下来厕所都有味道了，感觉很差。我开始还谢谢他想的周到，可是后来我们在其他酒店住都是打扫房间的，从来没有这样的理由。”
