「The service was great. We parked at the parking lot recommended by the hotel, and there was a free shuttle that took us to the hotel. We stayed in a separate room, which had a bit of a damp smell. The room was about a 5-minute walk from the reception and the breakfast/spa area — it took a few time to remember the route. But getting lost in Matera is also a kind of romance.」

「We barely give any reviews, only when the hotel and personal went above and beyond our expectations. All personal are very welcoming and placed a very positive deposition (very entertaining as well), The breakfast buffet is elaborate and the accommodation is superb. The spa facilities are fantastic. It is the best hotel we ever stayed at. Keep up the good work !!!!!」
