We stayed for 5 days. Great staff and service. Specially from Mariano and Francesca. The private beach is perfect to relax. From this location we visited many places in Sicilia doing day trips. The view is stunning and very nice to have breakfast with this view.

Cleaning service was excellent. Parking was also good, but it was off season so there weren’t too many guests. The ambience around the pool was stellar with comfortable canopies beds and places to enjoy the sun. Breakfast was provided by the neighboring restaurant, and the woman who made omelettes could not have been more un-friendly! In fact, “omelette lady” has now become code between my husband and me for a person who is not nice. Our bed was too bouncy, but the room was spacious. We had a flood from the shower into the bedroom, and the staff told us not to worry about it and that it was “normal.” That struck us as strange, but we figured it was an Italian thing.

This hotel had the most amazing beach. It is just as beautiful as the pictures. I think this place is great for shorter stays (we stayed for 3 nights before Rome). This is because there is only the one restaurant on site, and there are not many things close by. The on site restaurant is also extremely loud allllllll night so unless you are a partier, it might be slightly annoying hearing that while trying to sleep or rest. Overall amazing beach and outdoor area, friendly helpful staff, but some areas for improvement.

Bed was horrible. Coil springs which you felt. Every one of them. Front desk would not provide a substitute. Pool was cold. Beach was very rocky. You need water shoes. However the water was crystal clear and warm. Parking was sporadic. Pizza restaurant was good. You could take out. Breakfast was okay but cold. Uncooked bacon. Omelette option was there. Food served was repetitive. Our apartment had a washer which was convenient

A nice hotel on the beach. Staff were good but they were very stressed in the restaurant as they were constantly running rather than walking. This affected the whole impression. We couldn’t use our balcony as we had two AC running full all the time. One of them we could turn off from our room, but the other AC was not ours. To noisy unfortunately.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The staff was very welcoming and helpful. Dinner at the hotel was excellent with beautiful views overlooking the water from your table. Breakfast included an omelette bar, which is rare in Italy. We will definitely be staying here again.

The location is good. Amazing view. The layout of the hotel is odd. There is no elevator. So watch for that. Also, we got a room that must have been a storage before and they converted it to a room. It was awful. Ceiling was 7 ft high at most. The bathroom had poor ventilation. This was definitely not a $400/night experience!! And we were put in abundance by them not having an alternative proper room available. Also the restaurant situation was odd. There is a good restaurant for dinner with good food. But during the day snack and breakfast in the morning had very limited options. The pool and beach was great.

Great stay.

Beautiful hotel in a beautiful location. Room and hotel very clean. Pool is lovely with a range of seating to suit everyone. Breakfast is excellent both food and saff. Coffee is strong. Lunch and dinner are both delicious, however i think the menus need more of a selection. Pizza and local beers were the highlight. A special mention to Antonio at dinner service. He is exceptional ❤️

Not a 4 star Hotel

A beautiful and stylish hotel with a lovely view. However, the experience is ruined by the service provided. This hotel is supposed to be "4" star, but it doesn't live up to that standard. Unfortunately, there are too many small issues that bring it down. Their restaurant looks cozy, but the service is incredibly poor. We had to wait 45 minutes just to order our food, and the same amount of time to receive it. Half of the items on the menu weren't available, and when we finally got our food, it wasn’t very good. We also tried to order pizzas and were told that we couldn't, but later saw that other guests apparently could. Neither the waiters nor any other hotel staff spoke English, there was only one guy at the reception we could talk to. In the rooms, there wasn’t a single hook to hang a towel, so we had to leave them lying around the room or hang them over the furniture just to let them dry a bit. A simple thing like taking a round to collect glasses wasn't done much by the pool, so people had an incredible number of used glasses and bottles standing around for a long time. If you have a hotel located so far away from everything like this one, they should do something about the service level, as it was simply too poor, and you don't want to spend your whole day there, which is a real shame because both the pool and beach areas are incredibly nice. In our case, we had rented a car, and we were really happy about that, so we could go out in the afternoons/evenings to get s

Great views, lovely staff, great room and hotel but completely inaccessible without a car. No way to walk from the hotel to the station because there are no pavements on the roads. Had to rely on $25 taxi journeys each way just to be able to leave the hotel. No shops around the hotel, had to go to Palermo.
