「Our host was quick to respond to our request. He sounded friendly, but with contactless checkin, we never met him.The accommodation is basic. The windows do not close tightly, and let in a lot of noise from the traffic and from the tram terminus outside the window. It is not an attractive area. Parking is difficult. Anita's cafe across the tram tracks is good.You can walk to a grocery store in 10 minutes. The historic center is a comfortable 20 minute walk and is very interesting. 」

「Very bad check inn. No help from check in person. He was just interested in the turisttax, and even charge us for an extra day, but would no give a receipt for the payment, not possible. Only one key card to the room, that a problem when you are two persons. Extra key card not possible, but he could not care less. We were told to contact the chat for the company. I did that 3 times, but no reply. No cleaning of the room during our 3 days stay, not possible were we told. The safe was not fixed...

「Beautiful apartment! Great location! Franco and Maria were wonderful to work with. They were very accommodating and helped us set up transportation from our parking to the apartment since my parents would have had a difficult time walking with luggage to the apartment. The walk is not far but would have been difficult for my elderly parents with luggage in tow. The apartment was modern and spacious and conveniently located. I highly recommend! Thank you Franco and Maria for hosting us!」
