Located in Marginone, this independent 25 sqm apartment can accommodate up to 2 people and features 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom. You have a fully equipped private kitchen, Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, air conditioning, TV, and a dedicated workspace.



Outside, you will find a private courtyard with tables and chairs, ideal for relaxing in privacy. The shared outdoor pool is accessible from June 1st and is about 100 meters from the apartment entrance.



Shared parking is available on site, and pets are allowed during your stay. Public transport allows you to easily reach the main tourist cities and the nearby Altopascio train station. Events are not permitted on the property.



The picturesque village of Marginone is located at the foot of the ancient medieval town of Montecarlo, known for its wine production. The apartment is situated on the ground floor, with direct access from the exclusive courtyard. A cot is available on request; linen change and cleaning are available for an extra fee during your stay.
