「After I booked the place and got to the destination the owner changed the listing as not available. They ddid not call to notify me. I call the number they provided but the voice man was full. This location is not a hotel it is a house. Also the area of Newark seemed unsafe. It reminds me of the worst parts of Philadlephia. I was very disappointed and would like a refund. 」

「Please DO NOT book here. the people in the house were unaware we were staying there. it is a scam. Our room had insulation coming out of the walls making g it nearly impossible to breathe, 」

「Owner was very passive aggressive on the phone and through text for any questions asked. Deluxe room is just a standard room (should be stated). Room had a smell in it and when asked about it was passive aggressive and just ignored it.」
