"Very conveniently located, just a few minutes walking from the Alcazar and from dozens of restaurants and bars. The hotel is well-maintained. The only gripe is that the two single beds pushed together were very light, but they moved away from each other very easily."

"Booked the junior suite which was great for the 4 days, seating area, large bathroom and larger bed and very clean, spacious, comfortable and best of all the air con actually worked in the hotel. The air was great so after long day walking sitting and having a relaxing drink was much needed "

"Worth paying the supplement for a Superior room and the extra space and bed size 👍. The hotel is well situated for a short walk/tram ride into the centre where there is plenty to see and do. Nice time of year to visit as it’s not too busy or too hot yet. Told it can get up into the mid 40’s in summer!! Front desk staff and those working in the hotel lobby/restaurant are very friendly and obliging. One negative - the room cleaners do the bare minimum. The floor was dusty, crumbs and hairs were apparent and there was a woman’s feminine product left under the bathroom sink all week!! We were two males staying there and the product was left there to see if it was removed during our stay and it wasn’t. Reported to manager on check-out. "
