The staff were so friendly and helpful- they booked restaurants and tickets, and gave great advice to ensure we got the most out of our trip to Seville. Lucy especially was so welcoming and kind. The staff was helpful in getting us into the room since we did a last minute reservation and didn’t give them enough time to have the keys ready, Ruben went above and beyond. ”
