「This is my second time staying here, but I'm sad to say that the rooms I got this time were a little dated and smelled like mold (both of them). I booked two rooms, and the other room had a working aircon, but unable to turn off or adjust settings. I even bought new batteries for the remote. SMCO representative was nice and helpful, but I felt weird leaving the room keys in a locker with NO LOCK. what if someone stole the keys and cleared out the room? Will I be responsible for that?...

「Did not stay there at all! We had bookings but when we turned up there to check in we were not allowed to enter the site as the owner of the condo did not inform the security that we have a booking. 「夜８時頃タクシーで到着しましたが、まず、このコンドミニアムの入り口で、部屋のオーナーからの連絡がなかったのか、警備員に止められ、確認がとれるまで長い間待たされました。そのあと、建物のレセプションが、鍵を受け取っていないとのことで、オーナーと連絡がとれるまで、再び待たされました。２泊しましたが、部屋の清掃やタオル交換はありませんでした。３泊したら石鹸やシャンプー、トイレットペーパーは足りなくなっていたと思います。部屋の世話係（？）の人の電話番号は教えてもらっていましたが、その人とまったく連絡がとれず、タオル交換などをお願いしましたが、対応してもらえませんでした。」
