New to market and never rented before- this designer renovated beach house is now available for two weeks in July. Akin to a boutique hotel, with no detail overlooked this rare five bedroom three bathroom house offers a gourmet custom kitchen with calacatta marble countertops, high-end appliances~ the open floorplan joins the generous living room with fireplace, dining area for 8-10 all overlooking the beautiful property. Listen to the ocean crash while lounging at the newly built 20x40 heated gunite pool with retractable cover. Outdoor kitchen with built-in barbecue, outdoor shower, grass for play~ all within minute of private Ocean beaches. Close to Amagansett village, farmstands, restaurants~ the perfect Hamptons beach vacation!

  • The Eli Zabar folks (of upper E side bagel fame in NYC) bought this place a while back, and turned it into a legitimate, high-end, specialty food market. Coffee station as you enter, then pass all the insane baked goods (bagels, french style pastries, coffee cakes, muffins of all kinds), then produce (sourced locally), meats, cheeses; just a great (but not inexpensive) spot to shop for breakfast, lunch. Be careful not to get carried away, as I did; bit of a Disneyland for foodies!
