“Just had a great stay at this home. Pictures are extremely accurate and this home is so comfortable, clean and well equipped. Location is excellent. Close to town, hiking, beaches, vineyards. It really has it all! Host was wonderful and responsive. Would love book another stay.”

“We unfortunately had bad weather during our stay but we were cozy in this home which is spacious and conveniently located. For those with kids, there are safety gates and toys available. There’s a lot of outdoor seating and in the summer we look forward to returning to take advantage of the pool. Carter is very responsive - a terrific host!”

“This listing was exactly as described and was a great little apartment in Greenport with everything we needed. About a 10 minute walk to downtown area which was very convenient. It sits on a busy street so there is some noise from the road but it did not bother us too much and the host provided noise machines in the bedrooms which was very helpful. Overall I recommend this apartment and would definitely stay in the future!”

After a whirlwind weekend celebrating our daughter ‘s engagement, this was a welcomed surprise! Everyone enjoyed their stay, including our two labs. Great fenced in yard that gave them plenty of room to exercise. We will be back!”

“We had a wonderful stay at the cottage. Very convenient to the town of Sag Harbor. House was very comfortable in every way. The only thing I would recommend is to outfit all of the windows with some kind of window coverings. Other than that, I would highly recommend a stay here.”

The bed was very soft and comfortable, the bathroom had nice upgrades, and you are provided anything needed. It made for a perfect weekend getaway.”

“Great place to stay and hang with a group of close friends. Layout of rooms and open concept worked for our close group of 12. The pool room was a great space to hang after hours with music, pool, and ping pong. The location is close to the Southampton strip of boutiques and local pub as well as the North Fork wineries. Debbie, the property manager, was extremely responsive and the arrival/departure process was super smooth!”
