Long term renters welcomed. I will require house to be cleaned once a week for extra $60.00. The house is in a very a quiet neighborhood and conveniently located in the middle of Amarillo. Fresh new paint, new windows and blinds throughout the house. The kitchen is fully stocked ( excluding food). The Washer/dryer are for any guest that stays. Laundry soap provided. The garage has 1 space available for guests to park in while visiting. The house will sleep 8 comfortably with a roll-a-way bed in Master Closet and a pullout couch (linens under chaise lounge. The large backyard has plenty of room for the kids to play and run off their energy with a privacy fence. The Mulberry tree in front provides lots of shade during the long, hot days of summer. You will have access to the gas fireplace for those cold winter nights or the fire table. Please turn propane off when you are finished using the grill and fire table. If you use grill, make sure to clean it afterwards , for the next guest. There are family games located in the entertainment center in the Living Room. Please put them back as you found them. The books in Living Room are for your reading enjoyment.
There are Four flat screen TVs, high speed internet and DISH.
Each bedroom has extra pillows for that great nights sleep. PLEASE DO NOT SLEEP ON DUVET or PILLOW COVERS. Each bedroom has blackout curtains for those that get to bed late and wants to sleep in. The light’s on the patio come on at dust and go off at dawn. They are on a timer. Should you want to turn them off, unplug the extension cord by the back door.
