In general, all I needed was a clean bed, warm shower and time to recoup miles of Colorado, NM and Texas dirving. I slept well. Froze ice packs for portable cooler. On my way early after complimentary eggs and what I packed, fruit and oatmeal. Thanks to friendly staff.

I didn’t stay here because I didn’t feel safe. I slept at a rest area instead. Building looks nothing like it does online. People around the property who are clearly on drugs eyeing you up. Pool was empty, no warning about it. Dirty as hell. Just horrible

The hotel was dirty, the sheets weew stained, we asked then for towels and to make our bed no one ever came instead they said that we refused service when no one came. Also we were told that this was a place prostitutes lived and ran business.

The room hadn't seen a cleaning before our check-in. The sheets had long black hair on them. The Floors hadn't had a cleaning. The wash cloths and towels were heavily stained. The air conditioner wasn't working. We didn't stay in room and there any more rooms at the hotel.The manager on duty said she would refund the cost of the room to me, which was nice of her.

This was the worst hotel we have ever stayed at . The second room was so dirty that my kids drove theough the night and didnt stop. Our bathroom had s**t splattered all in the stool and dried on. The door came off the hinges. They said expedia overbookes and didnt have one of the rooms we booked. Then they "found" one with two beds but when my kids went to it, they woke the occupants up at 2 am. Then they switches the four to a room with ONE king, which had dirty sheets and a filthy bathroom.

I am writing to formally request a full refund for our recent stay at your property due to extremely unsafe and unsanitary conditions that caused my family and me to leave just a few hours after checking in. We had reserved a total of three rooms, and unfortunately, all three were unacceptable—either from a cleanliness standpoint or because of serious safety concerns. To begin, one of the rooms had a large, gaping hole in the bathroom ceiling. When we brought this to the attention of your staff, we were told that this room had been reserved for maintenance purposes and should not have been assigned to a guest. While your manager did quickly provide a replacement room, this initial error reflects poor management of room inventory and maintenance scheduling. The second room was far more disturbing. Upon checking the bedding, we discovered what appeared to be blood stains on the sheets. This is not only unsanitary and unhygienic, but completely unacceptable for any guest experience. The third room also had noticeably dirty bedding, with visible stains and grime on the covers, making it clear that a proper cleaning had not been conducted prior to our arrival. However, the most distressing part of our experience was not the condition of the rooms, but the dangerous environment created by other guests. A group of rowdy men were gathered just outside our rooms, loudly drinking and playing music. Feeling concerned, we spoke with the manager, AJ, and the owner around 6:00 p.m. The

The room was very dirty, the floor, bedsheets, toilet. Everything was very dirty. The staff couldn't care less and didn't offer assistance right away. The soda dispenser in the toilet didn't work. The water level in the toilet was too high for a cleanly use. The bathtub was so dirty it turned black. The area around the hotel is noisy, unsafe and there are street walkers roaming around it. When we got there a lady was at the front complaining about the cleanliness of the room. The AC was loud, the bathroom tub fixtures hard to adjust temp, the room had fruit flies or bats landing on us during the night. We had to leave as the parking lot was noisy as well.
