「We thoroughly enjoyed the one night we spent on property. The room was immaculate, so pretty and updated. We had a jacuzzi suite. There was really only enough hot water to fill it, then that’s it. Very typical for the country/area. They were sure to provide extra blankets in the room already, as it does get chilly in Cuzco at night. 「This hotel was completely misrepresented online. There is no spa, no sauna, no spa, no breakfast, no restaurant. The suite was dirty, there were no towels, no shampoo, conditioner or body wash, no hot water in the shower and there was standing water in it when we went to turn it on. The sink would not drain.
