「Room was in good condition but the bedding was almost non existent and very hard beds. Staff was good. A shuttle to the airport/cruise terminal even if it is extra pay would be nice. 」

「The AC was great. The only thing was I didn’t get instructions on how to turn on the hot water. I couldn’t reach the controls and didn’t know there was a stool. I asked afterwards and they came up and turned the switch on and made sure it was working.
Thank you for getting us our taxi to the airport. 」

「Gosto muito deste hotel. Funcionários bem vestidos, excelente aparência e muito profissionais, educados, cordiais. Me senti segura aqui o q é uma das minhas prioridades. Limpeza excepcional, cans super confortáveis, café da manhã super delicioso com varias opções. A única coisinha pequena é que na parede de traz da torneira do banheiro está solta e ficou um pouco feio aquilo assim saindo do lugar quando abro a torneira do chuveiro. Mas o resto nota máxima. Excelente. Recomendo este hotel. 」
