"The staff are super friendly and the parking is actually not that far. I don't know how much I trust the immediate surrounding area, and it's not super walkable, but the hotel itself is super cute."

"The room was nice you can tell it has some wear and tear but comfortable and very clean. The staff are really nice and the area it's in is very convenient. There a fridge and microwave and a desk with a table as well, it's very spacious. However the room bathroom is where I had issues, the bathroom is fine and works well but the water in the shower smelt funny, no matter what temperature the water stunk, no discoloration but a very noticeable smell. The sink was fine, I stayed in room 105 is where I got that weird shower smell. Overall though I would stay here again for a quick trip."

"Unfortunately we had a backed up toilet they could not fix and then they could not accommodate us with a new room for the remainder of our stay. "

"This hotel is very affordable yet offers excellent service. The virtual check-in process was quick and easy, and the room was very spacious. There were complimentary drinks and coffee available in the lobby, which was a nice touch. Parking was only $15 per night, which is very reasonable. The location is also close to Universal Studios, making it very convenient. My children and I enjoyed our stay very much."

"Lady at front desk was rude and off putting, the people on the cleaning service however were some of the sweetest women ever, very friendly and accommodating. Rooms were small, bathroom was very large, beds were soft. Prime location however, minutes away from shops and restaurants."
