My favorite motel for everything around Los Angeles, since the opening in 1987! The young lady at the reception is super friendly and for (my) the Chariot Inn, something like icing on the cake!

As it comes motel. Comfy bed, easy parking and location. No fuss no thrills stay. Only downside which we noticed after couple days was an old plaster with a hair attached wrapped to the towel rail. Otherwise overall good stay. Really nice spot for dinner and drinks on “Brand” street about 20 minute walk towards downtown LA.

The rooms are a little dated but mine was well cleaned. That’s the only negative comment I have on this place, otherwise the location was conveniently close to gas, food, the mall, and many of the LA attractions. The area seemed plenty safe, the WiFi worked well, parking was free/available. If pricing is a consideration for you then this place is worth the lower rate should be considered. Would stay again without question.
