"The lift was not working ..:. Be checked in at 1:30 in the afternoon, and they gave us the top most player. Floor asking us to pick up Bags and go over there. We believe this was done because we are from India because we saw people checking in later and getting lower floors There was no shower gel in the bathroom. We have to wait 15 minutes to get the same. Later, the flush broke and nobody came to repair even after multiple reminders"

"I arrive with my kids and they give me a dirty room with pee all over the toilet, room smells like cigarettes, they have another room but the door doesn’t close correctly, I canceled the room and they said they can’t give me a refund also they charge me a security deposit and haven’t refunded me back …. Worst place ever don’t go there … is cheap for a reason "
