「Was told Expedia overcharged by a huge amount. Was told that using the spa would cost an extra €50 per room although Expedia declared this as included. Motion sensor, light in roomcomes on throughout the night, the front desk is aware of this, but hasn’t done anything about it. Rooms extremely hot with no fans and no AC. How is this a four star hotel?」

「They advertise check-in at 2pm. We arrived at 2:15 to a locked lobby door after almost 24 hours of traveling, bags and all. No one answered the doorbell or phone. We had to eventually flag down a room cleaner through the 2nd floor window. He told us he would be down. After 15 minutes, He opened the door to the lobby but didn’t know where the owner was. After another 15 minutes, he found someone to check us in, but he didn’t know the process so he went looking for someone else. After another 15...
