「Requested twin room none available so wanted us to buy another. Refused so moved other people out and lost their luggage then called us twice during night as well as coming into our room looking for lost luggage while sleeping. It did improve a little after this but staff not at all responsive.」

「Courteous staff, good service for snacks and beverages, clean comfortable rooms. Friendly service. 」

「The Hotel was shown booked even when it was closed. for some renovation or permanently.」

「Location was perfect, opposite golden temple, reception staff were friendly and helpful The super delux room had good tea facilities The rooms need upgrading, there was no window view. The bathroom had large cobwebs hanging down from ceiling, TV didn’t work. 」

「The hotel is sooo dirty and bad i left after 1 night. I wouldnt even keep my dog in a hotel that disgusting. And the receptionist had to ask his boss if i was allowed to checkout. What nonsense. Hotels dot com you need to review this hotel its nothing like the pictures.」
