Great location, good breakfast
It is close to the ferry and it takes just about 10 minutes free ride to the busy Central station . Staff were nice, breakfast was good, room was clean. Ms Cielo in the Brooklyn restaurant was super friendly. The hot waffles were unforgettable too.

房間空間感夠大,位置於central station 對岸,夜晚較靜,沒有什麼餐廳選擇,所以適合自駕遊,酒店旁邊有停車場,酒店停車場收費每日15歐元,價錢也算合理。酒店前行2分鐘有免費小輪往central station ,也算方便。

Room is arranged on the ground floor and a car park just outside the big window, a bit noisy at night. The design of bathroom is bad. After you take a shower, the floor get wet everywhere. Though the staffs were very friendly, and the food of restaurant really good, I don’t think I would stay there next time.

Sehr gute Lage des Hotels in einem neuen modernen Industrieviertel mit schönen Restaurants. Absoluter Pluspunkt ist die kostenlose Fähre (2 min Fußweg), die einen alle 15 min in das Stadtzentrum von Amsterdam fährt (ca. 10 min Fahrt). Etwas unglücklich empfand ich das Check-in wir waren ca eine halbe Stunde vor Checkin da, ich sichtlich Schwanger wurde wieder weggeschickt, ich solle um 15 Uhr wiederkommen (blonde Frau an der Rezeption), schien bald Feierabend zu machen und beantwortete meine Frage nach den Parkplatz auch unfreundlich. Die Dame mit dunklen Haare waren deutlich freundlicher als ich um 15 Uhr wieder kam. Der Check in war dann sehr freundlich und serviceorientiert, schade für das Hotel, dass einzelne Personen einen schlechten ersten Eindruck vermittelt haben. Der Ausblick im Zimmer war toll, die Zimmer mit der Fensterfront über die Ecke sind sehr zu empfehlen. Vielen Dank!

Good hotel within easy reach to city sites
The room was a good size and rhe bathroom was roomy with quality towels (& facecloths...not commonly found in european hotels). One downside..the lighting was not great. Location was within a few minute walk to the ferry to the Centraal Station so most of the city sites were easily reached. Overall, a good stay

The location was excellent beside the ferry from central station... The room was spotless and very close to lift... The staff were excellent and friendly and obliging... Food was excellent.. Room was a little bit dark but I know that was going to be the case.

Over priced small jail cell
Stayed two nights before a cruise in the smallest hotel room I have ever been in,the area around the hotel looks like a homeless camp. The windows of the hotel have metal mesh covering them looks like a prison. The rooms have a queen bed with just enough room to get around it and a small bathroom. Housekeeping forgot to clean our room so after a long day of site seeing we came back to a dirty room and no clean towels. The restaurant is way over priced even for a hotel restaurant (32 euros for a cheese burger and fries) . Don’t waste your money on this place

We enjoyed our stay at the Hilton. It is very convenient to the railway station just a short ferry ride, which we also enjoyed. It is located in an apartment residential area with a lot of commuters on the ferry every morning and evening. The facility has a nice breakfast buffet that we enjoyed several times. The staff in the Dining room were superb. There are several nice restaurants within walking distance along with some carry out places. There is a fantastic amount of street art around the area which we thoroughly enjoyed but some might feel concerned about it. We were also happy with the more reasonable price of this hotel, versus some of the others down by the rail station.

We loved our stay, it was a great location, absolutely amazing spot. Great facilities & staff. The only minor issue we had was the limited air flow in the room. Being on the ground floor there was only 1 window with a very slim opening which didn’t allow much flow & air conditioning was far from the bed so it’s effectiveness was minimal in that area of the room. Other than that one issue, everything was fantastic, staff we very helpful, everything was clean & as expected of a Hilton standard.

I was quite upset because they charged me 20 Euros for late check out. This is the first time I got charged this. When I asked the counter in the morning, I was not told of this charge. Nice hotel but NDSM is very out of the way feom Amsterdam centre. There is a ferry available but you need to time it correct otherwise you wait for it to arrive and then have the 15min sail. To quickly nip into Amsterdam for a look and some food already will take 1 hour for the travel. Last boat sail 11.30pm so your also on a curfew. Room has aircon but it does not fully turn off. Pressing the off button simply turn the temp off but not the fan and the window does not open. Ok for a business stay but if staying for leisure I would suggest booking in Amsterdam central.
