Walls had stains on them, bathroom was clean. Stairs were dirty, cat lives in the place so if you are allergic, uh oh. Room I was in, the window did not seal off sound, hard to sleep with the sound of the street. No good air flow in the room I was in. Very small room for the amount of money they were asking for…. Bad sleeping experience not able to get comfy.

God central beliggenhed. Vores værelse var roligt og køligt, trods den høje temperatur udenfor, og at hotellet ligger på en travl gade. Der er fin parkering i parkeringshuset ved Heineken, hvor man får rabat. Personalet er meget serviceminded!

Even if it is true that there facilities are still quite old, overall the hotel and the room completed our expectations based on the average price of the rooms in Amsterdam and the location. The best is the hotel location, very well located in the city center. We can appreciate the efforts that the owners made to improve the facilities, mainly renewing the bathrooms (at least in our room located in the third floor). Quite comfortable even if the fournitures are not luxury ones. Very useful and helpful welcome by the stuff in the reception. As a recommendation, but the owners are probably already aware of that, it will be nice to renew the old wood windows to improve the noise isolation. But overall, for a short stay of 1-2 nights, its a very correct hotel based on the price that they propose.
