The room was bigger than expected and nice. There was a Nespresso machine. Bathroom was good size. Everything was very clean. I loved the location, easy to walk to sights but not crowded. Felt peaceful and safe. Staff was very kind and helpful, including the Weber bar staff. Highly recommend.

Well located for museums and major sites within 20min walk. Tram stop nearby and plenty of restaurants. Staff friendly and helpful and room clean, shower hot, bed comfortable. Woodend floors so you can hear other guests walking on floor above, and also can hear talking - but muffled. Didn't find either of these an issue and the hotel does provide ear-plugs in room - but didn't use. Only warning would be - as with all traditional buildings, no lift and tight steep stairs. Again, not an issue for us but would be difficult for people with knee/hip/ankle issues.

Pros: Great location, room size, nice decor, fridge, complementary drink, good exercise having to use stairs but not for everyone. Cons: self check in not so smooth, no lift, a lot of stairs if at the top so would be difficult with luggage!, room could be cleaner but nothing major (bathroom blind very dusty/broken)

Wir waren für ein Konzert eine Nacht in Amsterdam. Das Hotel hat eine super Lage, sehr gut auch mit der Bahn an Amsterdam Centraal angebunden. Das Zimmer war größer als erwartet, perfekt also für vier Personen. Das Zimmer war akzeptabel in Bezug auf Sauberkeit. Der Toilettensitz war gebrochen bei Ankunft im Zimmer und der Deckel des Mülleimers im Badezimmer war nicht befestigt und fiel bei jeder Nutzung ab. Der Vorhang eines Fensters war nur zur Hälfte befestigt, die andere Hälfte hing lose runter. Wir haben dies an der Rezeption gemeldet und es wurde weitergegeben. Uns haben diese Punkte für eine Nacht nicht gestört. Das Personal war sehr freundlich, wir durften unsere Koffer an der Rezeption lagern und konnten bereits mittags einchecken. Der Service war toll. Im Zimmer konnte man vom Straßenlärm nichts mehr hören. Für einen kurzen Trip würden wir das Hotel auf jeden Fall wieder buchen.

Cute space and great staff. Lots of stairs to take into consideration but very common for Amsterdam. Location is wonderful and close to transport. The free welcome drinks at the Cafe were great additions as well.
