Disappointing value for the price Overall, our stay was just okay, but it fell well short of expectations for a 4.5-star rated property at this price point. A major heads-up for future guests: spa access is not included in the room rate and requires an additional fee. There are also specific spa rules that are not mentioned on Expedia. Given the high nightly rate, the overall experience simply wasn't worth the money.

The pools were closed while we were there so we didn’t go into the spa facilities. Our room had a large bathtub which was perfect. The park area around the hotel is lovely nature and it is a short walk to the tram station to go into the city.

The room was convenient, the location was superb inside the forest but the staff inside the spa was rude and arrogant. We were not told that it was a “non swinsuit” day at the spa and forced to get out when we did not take out our swimming suit. That is not acceptable at a hospitable facility and a free country!
