Mijn vriend en ik verbleven gister in Hotel Manzo Suites. De kamer zelf was prachtig, modern en schoon — daar is niets op aan te merken. Helaas is ons verblijf compleet verpest door slechte organisatie en ernstige overlast. Wij dachten dat ons raam kapot was en hebben dit gemeld bij de receptie met het verzoek of iemand even kon komen kijken. Er is echter niemand gekomen. Om 22:00 ging het brandalarm af. We moesten met stress uit bad komen, ons aankleden en naar beneden gaan. Bij de receptie was niemand aanwezig. Na een lange tijd stopte het alarm vanzelf, zonder enige uitleg. Daarna was het door het uitgaansgebied rondom het hotel extreem luid tot 05:00 uur, waardoor slapen vrijwel onmogelijk was. Tot onze verbazing ging om 08:00 uur het brandalarm opnieuw af. Het hele gebouw werd weer gewekt, maar opnieuw was er geen personeel te vinden. Pas rond 08:20 kwam de brandweer, en ook dit bleek een vals alarm. Twee keer een brandalarm van ongeveer een half uur, midden in de nacht en in de ochtend, zonder enige begeleiding of uitleg vanuit het hotel, is simpelweg onacceptabel. Dat zorgt voor stress, onveiligheidsgevoel en een compleet verstoorde nachtrust. Hoe mooi de kamer ook is, dit soort situaties laat zien dat de organisatie en service zwaar tekortschieten. Voor ons geen tweede keer.

Love staying here every year when we visit. A few things have been changed “updated” since our last visit. While I understand them I think it was perfect before the changes. Still about to book our trip for next year! Location is great, everyone is friendly.

We had a very disappointing stay. We found mould in multiple areas of the room, including near the windows and behind the couches. Staff were not helpful at all — they only cleaned the one small spot I sent them a photo of and ignored the rest. The room was also poorly cleaned overall. The bed covers were not changed, just remade, and there was visible dust and fluff still on them. The mugs were never replaced during our stay either. Overall, the service was poor, the room did not feel hygienic or properly maintained, and it definitely did not match the photos online. I would not stay here again.

Nice modern rooms. Nice comfy bed and pillows and good heating. Not entirely clean we found rose petals in our room which we hadn’t brought and had to ask for dressing gowns as on Expedia states that’s what you get given. Also doesn’t sleep 3 people in one room like states - my friend had to sleep on the sofa bit which isn’t a bed. Overall not the best but not the worst.

Veel mooie kamer alleen spijtig dat het niet goed gekuist is er waren nog rozen van de vorige personen een beetje overal er waren aan het hoofd van het bed lekken van (ik wil niet weten wat) wetende dat er daar zaken gebeuren in alle sensuele intimiteit van koppels vind ik het spijtig dat daar niet meer opgelet word bij het kuisen. Voor de rest een leuke kamer en leuke jacuzzi. Spijtig dat de kamer tegen over een café geeft deze heeft ervoor gezorgd dat we niet voor 2u ‘s morgens hebben kunnen slapen en om 5 uur werden we wakker gemaakt door mensen die niet discreet waren met hun seksuele opdrachten quoi lawaai tegenstrijder 0

I was overall pretty disappointed with this hotel. It's right in the middle of a plaza of bars -- which will either be a great thing or terrible thing based on your preference -- but it does make the stay noisy and not very relaxing. The condition of the hotel was also questionable. There was a musty smell that pervaded the whole hotel and my room, the hot water never really worked, and the mattress and pillows should have been replaced years ago. As for service, it's absent. There is a front desk _of sorts_ but it was never staffed near as I could tell. You're pretty much on your own if you need help. Other than the price being fairly reasonable, there really not much to like here. I've had better stays at roadside motels.

AVOID AVOID AVOID Following my stay over the weekend that has just passed, I would like to file a literal complaint. This stay has got to be the worst stay I have ever had. Nobody greeted us to our room and let us know of any details of the room or how to get into the room. We had to figure out how to get in there ourselves, once we were able to find our room, we got in and it had not been cleaned properly. The toilet smelt like an ash tray. The shampoo / cream area for hand washing was literally filled with dust (pictures see it wasn't even filled to the top, so literally nearly finished. During the entire evening, it was so loud music didnt stop until 4am
