Small but quaint and great location

Great location, easy walk to Central Station and throughout downtown area. My room was a little small with no windows, but. Was traveling solo so worked out great as a crash pad with a comfy bed and quiet reprieve from the bustle of touring all day.

I stayed here for 4 nights recently and the location was perfect for me. I found the hotel easily arriving from Centraal, all the staff were very helpful especially the lady that checked me in, the room was nice and spacious, the bed was comfy, and the surrounding area has everything you might need while staying in Amsterdam. 10/10. I will be booking here again on my next visit

We booked these rooms to be close to the city and the train station. It is a perfect location for that. Otherwise the rooms are very small and access is dark and stairs are terribly steep. Neighbors were fighting in the midde of the night. It was okay for one night but I would never stay here again.

Although very small as is most accommodation in Amsterdam our room was very comfortable with a great shower, the staff were very nice and helpful, the hotel is very central for walking and transport to get around the city...

Great hotel

We had a lovely stay at Sotel , a warm welcome on arrival , we have been Amsterdam many times before, and this was by far one of the best hotels we have stayed in for the price, The room was clean and comfortable with fresh bedding, and nice coffee in the room , location is perfect also , we will definitely stay here again, great hotel with friendly staff.
