「Wow - what a fantastic experience we had!! This hotel is so gorgeous and lovely - each room is a joy. We had an upper floor room with an open air balcony overlooking the ocean, and a ground floor room with a massive bath tub! We ate many meals at the wonderful hotel restaurant. The black sand beach was amazing - the water clear warm and gentle. A great experience!!」

Just the occasional inconsistencies with the cleanliness of the floors, and odors in the room, that could be resolved with more attention to cleaning and by providing air fresheners - that was my only critique. As the resort is often fully booked because it's truly a gem.」

「It’s a family run business and the owner was super nice and helpful , the property was peaceful , the only noise was the wild animals on the property like howler monkeys and lots of exotic bird species , the owner prepared a papaya from the tree right in front of our room , it was delicious. 「Der Aufenthalt in Playa Negra Guesthouse war sehr erholsam. Sobald man das Gelände betritt, ist man fasziniert von dem gepflegten Garten und der Vielfalt an Tieren. Wir hatten das Glück ca. 2 m von unserer Terrasse ein Faultier zu beobachten, wie es vom Baum herunterklettert. Beide Gastgeber waren herzlich und sorgten für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt.
