“This is a very peaceful hotel with a nice pool and beautiful landscaping. The town and main road can be overwhelmingly loud and busy at times, so it was great to have a little oasis of calm just outside the main centre. The room was comfortable and well appointed and all three breakfast options were tasty. ”

“This place is AMAZING! You will feel as though you’re in the middle of the jungle even though civilization is nearby. The private beach is beautiful, you can fall asleep to the sound of the waves crashing. There’s so much nature and animals to see all around, you’ll wake up to the sound of so many birds beautifully singing at you. It’s like out of a movie. The hot tub at the beach house is a phenomenal amenity and the staff is so friendly. This is our second time staying here and God willing……

David was also very friendly and full of good advice. Also Brady and Cindy. The gardens all around were beautiful. The restaurant was delicious. “Pool , staff every thing was great. I wish I had realized There was a small store almost across the street. I also wish they had beach chairs. Take a small soft collapsible ice chest for the beach. I felt very safe there and traveling around the area. Rent a rav 4 or similar. Go beach hopping , explore off the beaten path a little. Not difficult to do. Plug your phone in to the car. You will be fine. ”

“This place was perfect for my family (adult children). Lots of wild life on the resort. The beautiful breakfast buffet was delicious. Staff at the desk was friendly and helpful. Rustic Jungle vibes in gorgeous setting. Many nights ended with a swim at the pool. Excellent base camp for Manzanillo, Cahuita, Uva, and of course Puerto Viejo. It is true about water pressure or lack there of, and some of the finishes in buildings and bungalows show their age, it manages still to keep it's charm. We……

“Un hotel pequeño pero acogedor, con amenidades para descansar de todas las actividades que hay en la zona por realizar o sitios que conocer. Habitación descente, que parece están en proceso de renovación, por lo que asumo que las camas y otros elemntos de las mismas se estarán renovando.”

Sono stato molto soddisfatto, dal personale competente e preparato, dal lodge bellissimo, dalla buonissima cucina, dalla brava ragazza peruviana alla reception che parlava Italiano, dalla brava ragazza del Canyonig, dalla bravissima ragazza della SPA dal rafting sul fiume Paquare Grazie!! Un difetto: il Canyoning (attività gratuita offerta dal lodge), ho notato, che l’attrezzatura, era un po vecchia e usurata (moschettoni, corde)! Dovreste ogni tanto cambiarle, ne va……

“We were really impressed with this property. Staff were very courteous, helpful and available throughout the day. Great location for walking to Cocles beach and in town. Very good wifi and breakfast. We rented a Motobike from across the road for $25/day which made getting around the area super easy. Would recommend!”

“Clean room and property. Free breakfast. Beds were comfortable. Bathroom did not have a door but a privacy screen was available to separate the bathroom from the bedroom. Showers took a while to warm up but never got hot, more like luke warm. But wasn’t too bad since the weather was hot and humid. ”
