The 3 bedroom villa was conveniently located close to Disneyland entrance. It made the park days easy and allowed to return home and even go back to the park without it being a lot of walking.

The location is perfect. Don’t bother paying for parking at the parks if you’re able bodied enough to just walk. We didn’t even use two of the three days we had prepaid for as we much preferred walking to the hassle of the parking lots. The unit is comfortable enough. Smaller than expected but I think the price reflects that and is a great deal for the area. We had five people but there’s only a single couch for three in the living room so we sort of had to take shifts sitting on the couch and then had some of the kitchen table chairs to fill in as needed. The space doesn’t really allow for more and if your group prefers to separate to their rooms at the end of the night this wouldn’t be an issue at all. We did that a few times just for comfort after long days of walking. We would stay here again.

The StorybookVilla was the perfect place to stay for our Disneyland adventure. We easily slept 4 kids in the kids room (the pull out bed worked great for one, two kids on the bottom bunk and one on the top). The adults were very comfortable in the other two bedrooms. The location is ideal for a Disney trip. We loved being able to use one of the many stroller options to help us carry our stuff and super tired children. We never made it all day to stay for fireworks but got to watch them walking home and from outside the place! It was easy to do breakfast and laundry in the apartment and have so much space to hang out for the kids was really great. We had such a great time and it was a great place to stay. Thank you!

The home had adequate space for us four. Our daughter loved the bunk bed and all the stuffies and fun games that were included. We visited for her 5th birthday and a trip to Disneyland so it worked out great. Was a five minute walk to the tram to ride into Disneyland which was very convenient. Beds were comfortable. Three bathrooms which was great to have. Bedroom size was great too. When we had time to go to the hottub area, it was secure and a large area. The host even left our daughter a gift for her birthday which was a nice touch. The only downside was the DVD didn’t work and was outdated in the home. Our last night we even saw the fireworks from our daughter’s room. Pretty cool.

Location, location, location. The location is excellent. The house is very clean and in a very safe complex. The owners are very nice and accommodating. There are strollers for use. The walk with little children is a little bit far at the end of a long day, over a mile, we made the walk with six grandchildren, but Uber works wonderfully too.

Perfect for my family of mom, dad, two kids and grandma. We took a day off in the middle of our trip so the pool and hot tub were great. Maybe it says it somewhere, but the coffee pot is a standard drip pot, not a k-cup. I bought k-cups but they were easy to cut open and still use. Coffee is a must for rope drop! If you walk to the tram, it’s 7 per person, versus an uber/lyft was approx 11-16 for a whole minivan, much more cost effective if you have more than 2 people. There were plenty of towels and the beds were surprisingly comfortable. I would stay here again, anytime!

It was a fine place to stay for Disney. Pros: The beds were memory foam. They were pretty comfortable. The extra bed that folds out in the room with a bunk bed had a mattress that was about 2-3 inches thick. My kids added blankets and pillows to it to make it a bit more sleepable. The parking is right in front of the condo- so that was really nice. Nicely decorated, plenty of cooking supplies Ice in the freezer. Good water pressure. We enjoyed the 3 bedrooms and short walk to the Disney trams.Which is why we always try and stay in the peppervine condos when we go to Disney. Cons: no overhead lighting- had to turn on lamps in master since the lights weren’t plugged into the switch plug. Only one night stand in master bed and no plug close to the side without the table for devices to charge at night and be close by for alarms. Squeaky stairs and hallway up stairs. The upstairs bedroom doors all were tight in someway. Whether they stuck closed or rubbed against the floor. Again it is an older condo complex. Overall we enjoyed our vacation and the rest we got at night and a place to store food and our things while we were there. Oh one more pro. I didn’t have to fill out so much paperwork to stay here as I have had to at other condos in this complex. Love that so very much.
