Honestly worst place to stay. So many bugs (literally showered with them on my bday). Just dirty and smelly from the moment you walk in the room. Had 2 nights booked and immediately checked out after the first night -1000/10 recommend. Need my refund like now😬.

This place was ATROCIOUS!
When I checked in, there was graffiti on the onside window that I had to scrap off with a straight razor. There were stickers all on the refrigerator that I scrapped also!
Then I noticed a few gnats, which eventually became abundantly present!
I went out and bought some BUG SPRAY and fumigated the room before I went out for the day. When I came back, the room still smell like it. But lo and behold, there were still a few of those nasty things still present.
I tried to find the source but I gave up and got the HADES out of there.
There were a couple of good things! The biggest TV in all the rooms I have rented in my time. And the Waterpik shower head was DELIGHTFUL.
I had plenty of towels but NO wash cloths nor hand towels.
I won't be back EVER, though!

The room had live entertainment in the form of water bugs living in the mirror casing on the wall. I took a video. The place was unsafe. The woman who took my id asked me for $20 in cash, and when I complained that it was paid through Expedia, she said that she would waive it. There are prostitutes basicallly living here. Three Uber drivers told me this place wasn't safe. One calling it Ana-Crime instead of Anaheim. I stayed in this area a few years back and it wasn't this bad. California is a beautiful place, but this Governor is a moron, and now more than just LA and San Francisco have been destroyed. As for Expedia, this is no bueno. It is nice of you to list reviews, and trust me, I wasn't expectng the Ritz Carlton, but this was perhaps the most disgusting place I have ever seen. It was only missing a chalk outline on the floor, and I slept with a chair against the door that didn't lock correctly to avoid that chalk outline from being my own. Roaches hiding in the shower curtains, too. I had to pull my bed away from the wall, as I didn't want to wake up to roaches in my bed. I thought that would work until I realized that they can semingly climb up the wall and drop down. Between being grossed out, disgusted and afraid of who might try to break down my door in the middle of the night, I barely slept. I would like to ask Expedia for most if not all of my money back, as the photos in the description were absolute fakes. I have photos and videos. The wall haven't been paint

First the good things:
The biggest TV in any room I have ever stayed! The Waterpik shower head was FABULOUS!
The rest was in a word --- just TERRIBLE!
When I first got to the room I noticed a couple gnats, during my stay . . . a couple grew to about a hundred! And I couldn't detect where they were coming from; I had to go out and buy a can of bug spray and every time I saw one, I gave it a spray.
When I went out for the day, I sprayed the entire room. When I got back 8 hours later, the room smelled like bug spray, but the bugs NEVER went away --- but it killed about half of them!
I know that them being there is a case of the room NOT being THOROUGHLY cleaned! And the first giveaway is always the floors. In the old days, carpeting covered up a lot. Nowadays with just the tile flooring, it doesn't take much to see if they even moped.
Since the room had plenty of bath towels, I soaked one in Clorox (which I bought with the bug spray).
And I used that towel to mop the entire floor! The towel was close to BLACK!
Yuck!
There was graffiti on the outside of the window, which I scrapped off and there were stickers on the fridge which I scrapped off also.
This place was a mess --- and I won't be back!
Take a look at all the horrendous photos . . . management should be ashamed of this place!

The staff stood out. My fiancé left her ring in the room and didn’t realize until later that morning. I called and told them what happened and the staff stayed on the line until he confirmed that he’d found the ring and would hold it until we could return to pick it up. So grateful!

Inside of the microwave was burnt out and exposed to the point you could see the insulation. All the outlets in the room were so worn out and loose that my chargers literally fell out. I guess it was nice of them to work with me and let me out of my reservation early. But they still charged me $100 or so to check in at midnight and leave at 7 or 8 am due to their conditions. This place made me feel like a terrible parent for subjecting my 12 year old to even just a few hours of being there.

So the lady at the window was soooo rude and she charged me extra for my toddler which I got a 2 beds so I didn’t need a new room to accommodate us. It was such a hassle for such a ran down place. The room was awful the keycard would let open the door and then when we got in it smelled like urine and smoke and sulfur. I don’t recommend this place at all. The window was wide open and there was NO SCREEN ON THE WINDOW AT ALL! Not safe at all. Then the shower was leaking so bad it was broken and it was so loud all night and we tried closing the door and the door would not close at all! The walls were yellow and the floor wasn’t mopped. It was just awful
