"Staff were very impersonal. When we were greeted at check in we were not given any information to find our room. At one point we were down in the lobby and the front desk staff was conversing with another staff. She was swearing and not at all concerned with guests sitting in the lobby. Pool area was not well kept, it was cold. Rooms were not restocked or cleaned."
