The communication was excellent. I knew how to get everywhere I needed quickly and easily. The facility was extremely clean and nice. Quiet neighborhood was fantastic.

Nice, convenient condo

Nice little place a couple mins walk from Disney. Convenient have a place close by for a nap or dinner break when u’ve got kids at the park.

Family vacation

We enjoyed our stay. The condo had enough room for our family of 7. I appreciated the pool towels and strollers, made it easier to not have to pack these items.

Great stay while visiting disneyland

We spent 3 nights at this home while we visited Disney land, it was a great location, easy to find, good communication with the owners, the home was clean and ready for us. It is about a 20 min walk to get to the entrance of Disneyland. The listing and photos are accurate. Would stay here again the next time.

Disney Trip

This condo was a great location for our Disney trip. We were able to walk and come home for breaks/lunch. The bedrooms upstairs got a little warm. For a winter stay it was completely fine with fans. If you are planning to visit in warmer months you will probably need the portable AC units but those were provided at the property. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to any family heading to Disney.

Perfect!

This was a perfect spot for our family to stay for our Disney trip. Worked well for 4 adults and 1 kid! Close to park. Communication was great! I read reviews about it being dated…but if you have time to notice that you’re not doing Disney right! Most definitely will stay there in the future!

Great location!

My family and I had a pleasant stay. It was me, my wife, and our 3 kids (21/12/1). The condo location was as listed. Walking distance to the theme parks and Downtown Disney just about a 10min or so. The condo could use a little upgrading, but not a deal breaker. The neighborhood complex was nice and people were friendly. Communication with owner was great and prompt. I would definitely stay again!

Disney vacation

Property was clean and everything we needed. We didn’t spend a lot of time there, we were mostly in the parks. But being able to walk across the street to the tram was awesome. I didn’t have to pay for parking and it only took about 10-12 min to walk to the tram get thru security and get to the front of the parks. It was easy to find and check in. Would definitely recommend if going to Disneyland for a few days.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Everything we needed was there and the very few things missing the property manager was very quick to respond and bring the items. We would definitely stay here again if we come for another stay in the area.

Excellent Disney Location

Very nice property, had everything needed for our week trip to Disneyland. Property manager was great to make sure we were setup and that everything was in order. Would recommend this property to anyone going to Disneyland.

So Close

We enjoyed our stay! Close enough that the toddler in our party could go back and take a nap. Everything was clean and ready. Even books games and movies for our grandson to enjoy. Thanks for a great vacation!

Could use a little updating but overall very nice

Great location. Walked to Disney everyday. Beds were super comfortable and plenty for the kids to do. Toys, dvds, and stroller were provided and greatly appreciated! Would definatey recommend to all. Thanks for a great start to 2018!

Owner thought of every detail to make the stay perfect

House is in the perfect location to enjoy Disneyland. When we arrived there was a basket of treats for my girls and a personal welcome letter. All shining clean and new. All the basic groceries were available, even sandwich bags and a box of waffle mix! Great distribution and roomy... If there were ten stars I'd give them.

Our Disney accommodation experience

We had an extremely positive experience! The property manager, Elizabeth, was extremely helpful and attentive to small issues that we encountered during our stay. The rental was very clean, and met the needs of my family of 5. I would definitely rent here again, and can positively recommend them to anyone interested in this type of lodging for their Disney visit. A convenient stay at Disneyland

Our stay in this location was excellent. The Mickey and Friends Tram was easy to catch to downtown and alleviated us from parking and saved some extra cash. The property was responsive and attentive to our needs. She even got snacks for my little ones and some cute welcome gifts. I so appreciate her quick and kind responses and ensuring our stay was enjoyable. It was extremely convenient to have all the amenities in the house which saved us from having to pack too many items. The property manager found us waiting to enter the property an hour early and instead of telling us to come back, she welcomed us in the house and let us move out things inside even while the cleaning crew was still there. The place was still cleaned thoroughly even with our early arrival and everything was in its proper place. The people who manage this property really made it convenient for families staying at Disney. Having a kitchen and a place for the kids to roam was so nice. It was also great not being couped up in a hotel room. Plenty of space for all of us to sleep and more beds in case we had more guests. Thank you for such a wonderful stay!

Can't beat the location; it's definitely walking distance to Disney parks. Hosts seem friendly and definitely communicative. But a few issues need work - advertised queen bed in the master is actually a full bed. My husband is a tall bodybuilder and a full bed was really uncomfortable. A bunch of dishes and pot put away in the cupboards were dirty. Main bath sink drain was slow despite one of the hosts 'fixing' it with Draino. Most importantly - the upstairs rooms are much hotter than downstairs. Unbearably hot and stuffy and we are from Arizona. The thermostat was originally set to 75 deg and there is no way for a guest to change it. Bedrooms upstairs were then above 80 and we could not nap. Hosts changed it and it was okay once they did. It heated up while we were out to dinner though and hosts raised the temperature again, so it was way too hot when we got back. We reached out but they were sleeping. They lowered the temperature once they woke up. They know the bedrooms get too hot and they have a portable AC on standby. This solution they offered is a no go because there's hardly any floor space and the unit becomes a trip hazard. (say if you need to pee in the middle of the night and you're half asleep) Definitely a place for families though - lots of amenities for children like toys, stroller, and high chair. If you don't mind heat or stuffy sleeping spaces, you might be okay.

Can't beat the location!

Overall, we had a great stay at this property. You cannot get much closer to Disneyland than this unless you stay on property. We walked every day straight to the park and Downtown Disney. We didn't need a rental car until our last 2 days when we did other things besides Disney. I was also able to use Albertson's grocery delivery straight to the condo (free 30 day trial). Communication with the managers was simple via text. We only had 1 small issue during our stay and they took care of it quickly. Beds were fairly comfortable and the unit was clean. The only downside to this property is that it is older and in an older complex. The upstairs is showing definite wear and tear with older towels, blankets, sheets, paint and banged up furniture. The complex did feel safe but is very plain in appearance. Condo was nicely supplied with toilet paper, paper towels and soaps.

Clean/Quiet/Walking Distance to Disney

The property is older, but very clean and well kept. It has everything you need for your stay. Communication was excellent and clear. I recommend this place!
