We stayed in the unit on the ground floor that was the 1000 sq ft unit, the beach is a truly just a 60-second walk away from the beach down a private walkway. The house is on a long stretch of beach in rincon where you can walk down the beach and come out right in the center of town where all of the restaurants and shops are located. "The pics of the property are deceiving. The Jacuzzi/hot tub didn't heat itself, had to constantly run back and forth to keep adding hot water to get it warm. Only 2 jets out of the whole warm tub worked. The bed swing is dilapidated and one of the 2 swings was laying on the ground broken. The door had no guts in it so when it rained water came in which caused me to slip on the rubber mat they had in front of the door taking a chunk of meat out of my foot on the edge of tile. "Breathtaking views! The pictures don’t do justice to how beautiful it is. The rooms need a little of improvement, but every thing else is just amazing. The balcony in each room has ocean views, palms, mountains , the greenery and the pool! It was amazing to see the sunrise in the morning from our own balcony. The hotel staff was very polite . When I checked out I had left important things in my room and when I called back they had saved everything and were very helpful! The continental breakfast in the morning is included and for us it was just great being able to have breakfast with the amazing ocean views. This hotel is near to a historic place called the Tunel of Guajataca as well as. Our stay was great, and I would highly recommend it! I’m looking forward to staying again!"
