Wonderful location and property

This property is well kept and in a great location. Quiet street with a beautiful view of the lake. Close to the airport and easy access to the highway to get around Anchorage.

Comfortable Stay

We had a very comfortable stay! The amount of room was great for our group to be able to spread out if we wanted. The pier down at the lake was picturesque and a nice place to enjoy the mountains. House was very clean and comfortable! Well-stocked kitchen and bathrooms kept us in towels and dishes without issue. Would recommend for a stay that is convenient to a lot of the Anchorage amenities without a lot of the Anchorage traffic!

Great House with amazing location

The house and location was outstanding! The size of the house and the very strange layout was so cool! We had a small group of 3 coworkers for the first couple of days, then just 2 of us left m. We felt like we had a lot of privacy’s. We will definitely be back next year for work and will stay here

Spacious with plenty of room. Very well cleaned and stocked with lots of kitchen tools to meet your needs. Carpets seemed newer. Stock up on mosquito spray when enjoying the beautiful lake.

Wonderful spot

Great location, very spacious beautiful property. Loved our stay here. Lots of privacy for groups. Wi-Fi was weak at times. Outdoor space and furnishings were excellent. Super easy access to everything. Great tv in the downstairs studio area but not in the main living space felt backwards. We loved it here! Definitely recommend it and would return.

10 out of 10 stars! Must book for a group in Anchorage

We had a wedding for a college friend in Anchorage and had 10 of us total coming in from various states. This property was perfect! Very spacious and everyone had a comfy bed. No problems whatsoever and the customer service was always quick to respond to questions via text. The lake view and dock was such a bonus! Absolutely stunning when the sun was out. Couldn’t recommend this property enough!

Beautiful home, great views and neighborhood.

Had a moose visit us with her calf in the back yard. We walked around the lake and got to see a bald eagle swoop down to get a fish the ice fisherman gave it. Very spacious and comfortable! The kitchen was great with plenty of cooking supplies. Thank you for sharing your home.

Came for a wedding and vacay

This was such an amazing house we called it the party house but with the exception of our great niece who's under 2 yrs old the rest of us are over 50. We came for our daughter's wedding and stayed to enjoy AK! 10 of us enjoyed the house it was 4 couples and a couple of kids comfortably sharing a house. Some went down to the dock and got to see otters playing!! The view is breath taking, A once in a lifetime experience in AK!!

Spacious property; well-appointed

We used the property for a small corporate weekend retreat, with only those traveling from out of town staying overnight. LLots of space and beautiful views. The only issues we had were: * access code didn't work, requiring a phone call to management to gain access to a backup key - resolved quickly * dishwasher failed to work, so we washed dishes by hand.

Quiet retreat not far from the city

This house is exactly what we were looking for, a quiet safe neighborhood near the city but with a secluded feel. This house is spacious and allowed our group to spread out quite nicely. The oversized game/dining room was a great place to gather in the evening. The beds were comfortable and many fans available for use. Our two favorite parts were the back deck overlooking the beautiful wooded area and lake below. Also the dock with stand up paddle board was an excellent place to unwind and we enjoyed watching a bald eagle soar from tree to tree. We were very impressed with this house and would rent again in a second.

Perfect for a group!

We loved this house! It's a sprawling home that was perfect for 4 adults who each had their own bedroom. Everything was overall clean and well organized. The kitchen is well-stocked with cooking basics and the appliances are modern (including a Kitchen Aid mixer and Vitamix). We loved the dock, but it requires a bit of a short hike downhill so would not be accessible by those who are mobility impaired. The biggest issue we had was the front door lock. We had to Google videos about how to both lock and unlock it and then remember the sequences of key, buttons to push, and how to turn the lock. Overall, VERY happy with our stay and would love to stay again in the future!

Beautiful house in a great location! However, 2 beds had dirty sheets on them, the blinds/curtain in the master are broken and won’t close, dirty dishes were in the dishwasher, they are mid remodel downstairs, the WiFi network and password had been changed from what was sent at check in. House had more than enough of a stocked kitchen, which we loved.

It was very comfortable and close to airport and was easy to find. Loved the wild life we got to...

Everything, it was even more than I expected it to be. I will look for ARNB instead of hotels from now on when I travel. It was so much more comfortable and felt more like being at home. Thank you again for a beautiful time in Alaska.

First Alaska Trip with Friends

This home was perfect for our group of 8. There was plenty of room, towels, nicely appointed kitchen and stellar lake front location. We had an Eagle who visited every day, the men had a ball fishing from the dock and we were very close to the airport. It was a great location for day trips from Anchorage. If we were back in Anchorage we would not hesitate to stay there again. Wonderful trip!

Big lake home needed TLC/attention to detail.

The house was large, dining room accommodated 10 people. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes, silverware pots and pan’s. Nice outdoor grill. Beautiful lake. Had all of the makings of a great place Vacasa needed to do a better job keeping it up and getting it ready for the next occupant.

Lake front house stay

Beautiful house, great location and very scenic. Close to the airport which made it convenient. Lots of room to spread our, and felt safe and comfortable. Would definitely recommend and we’d for sure stay there again.

Alaska “base camp”

As first time Alaska visitors we appreciated being in a lovely, quiet section of Anchorage that was also just 10 mins from airport and provided easy access to city and further afield explorations.
