「Unfortunately, this place was not what we were expecting. There were some things that prevented the apartment from receiving higher ratings. For example, no screens in the windows plus no AC meant we were hot the entire time. Also, the half bath has no fan, so when nature calls, you share it with the bedroom… especially with the barn doors. Finally, the pictures make it seem like the entire place is yours, but you are no one of four apartments in the home.」

「A basement apartment with about 5 outside steps to take bags down. I had to request access codes instead of being sent them outright. Nothing in the neighborhood but other homes and one cannot walk to downtown from here. Clean and comfortable with all the amenities. Airport is a $14 Uber ride away.」

「The actual apartment was clean and well decorated. My issue comes from the neighbor on the right side. I was simply standing in the door frame and he came out yelling he was going to “f me up”. I got a little spooked out so I had to call a family friend to escort me out which was inconvenient but at no fault of the owner.」

「It's "ok", i mean it's more like a bachelor pad, definitely not made for small kids, teenagers more like it. Took three hours for the bleach smell to leave the place when i checked in and the pillows were wet, there is only a queen bed in one room and a twin bed in the other. I think the couch is the futon? not sure.」
