  • In the delightful town of Fair Play lies this snug two-bedroom holiday house. Situated just a stone's throw from the serene shores of Lake Hartwell. This property offers the perfect escape for nature lovers and outdoor enthusiasts.

    As you step inside, you'll be greeted by a warm and inviting atmosphere, complete with a fully stocked kitchen and bar stools at the kitchen counter along with seating for 6 at the dining table.
    The great room has 2 sofas, one being a queen sized hide-a-bed and a seating capacity for 6. The large TV and books and games provided give you choices for your family's entertainment.
    Enjoy the convenience of having a washing machine and dryer, as well as free WiFi to stay connected during your stay. Curl up with a good book or enjoy a movie night on the satellite/cable TV.

    With two bathrooms, towels, and basic toiletries provided, you'll have all the essentials you need for a comfortable and relaxing vacation.

    Just 410 steps from your front porch is the largest dock on Lake Hartwell, with an upper deck for enjoying the sun and shade, and watching the fishermen in the quiet cove, with no neighbors across the way and extremely little boat traffic. On the bottom level is a paddle boat and a canoe for your use, as well as steps to get in the water or just sit and watch the minnows.

The house was well stocked, right on the lake. It was beautiful and the dock was just amazing.Everything was clean and the property owners Pat and Mary were very nice. The atea was nice, quiet and safe.I would defintley reccomend this vacation spot and hope to stay again some day.

The property is so pretty and well maintained! It’s next door to the owners but they were very friendly and respected our privacy! We even rented Pats boat for a day. It was a great experience and just the relaxing trip we needed.
