Welcome to the Lake Hartwell Haven! Enjoy a stylish experience and central location. Located less than one mile from I-85, you can quickly reach Clemson, Greenville or downtown Anderson!
This gated 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo, with lake access is stunning! And, pet friendly too! In addition, there is a pool, fitness center and club house.
You will love all the nearby restaurants, shopping, golfing, hiking, fishing and other activities that surround this perfect location!

*The space
This newly renovated condo has been updated with quartz countertops and LVP flooring, and all the furnishings are BRAND NEW. Each area has been decorated beautifully for function and aesthetic.
Snuggle into our soft pillows and cozy comforters, and wake refreshed. Your time will surely be energizing in this bright and open space with vaulted ceilings and large windows. A sliding glass door opens onto the balcony with lake views, and looks over a large green space perfect for your pet!
It’s right on Lake Hartwell and includes a winding trail perfect for a short stroll to the water and boat dock. (Your boat is welcome!)
We provide each reservation with a gift basket, coffee/tea, dishwasher and laundry detergent, as well as bathroom amenities. Our goal is for you to relax and enjoy our place to the fullest.
I live locally and will give you my cell number so that you can reach me if there is anything that you need during your stay. I truly enjoy hosting and love to accommodate whenever possible!
**Other things to note
This is a third floor unit, which not only means open and vaulted ceilings but also walking up two flights of stairs. This unit is not ideal for those who may be physically challenged.

Great stay for great price

Good price and great location by the lake and within close driving distance to restaurants and grocery stores/shopping. Condo was very clean and comfortable. Owner was very hospitable and quick to respond with any questions. I would definitely stay here again if I’m looking for a condo in the area.
