“If we had paid $150-200 per night for this tiny house, I might not say anything. But for $440 per night, there is a huge disconnect between price and value. At that price point, I would expect to be a lot more comfortable than we were. The bed is a tiny double mattress. The water smells like sewage, no bottled water was offered, and there is nowhere nearby to buy water, so we were very thirsty. Bathroom tile was mildewy, toilet was not fully cleaned and the bathroom floor was constantly……

“Property is as advertised and was amazing . Perfect for a quick get away or over night visit to area. So clean and new. Everything you need. 30 minutes from colleges. Definitely recommend. Be wary as there is no cellular service in area but WiFi in cabin is great!”

“Great spot right by Roxbury. Did some great hiking on the Catskill Rail Trail two minutes from the cabin. We visited the John Burroughs house down the road on Route 30. Cabin was clean and comfortable. We will definitely return!”

They are exceptional hosts, and the camper would be hard to beat for in terms of both cost and location for anglers fishing the storied waters of the Catskills, as I was.”

There is no air conditioning in the bedrooms, but the fans were enough to keep us comfortable. Using the grill was easy; everything needed was there for cooking and cleaning. Grabbed a 1860 book at a nearby Hobart bookstore, enjoyed lunch from the Bakers Grimm in Delhi and dinner another night at a brewery in Cooperstown following an hour drive to the baseball hall of fame.
