Waterfront property, perfect winter getaway, directly on the Willowemoc!

Right on the Willowemoc, our cabin is the ultimate outdoor getaway. Less than an hour from Plattekill, Bellayre, Wyndham and Hunter mountains for skiing, and even closer to Holiday Mountain. perfect for anglers, families, friends looking to unwind. Two bedrooms with double beds, a futon in the sun-room along with a table and chairs overlooking the river, grills, 2 fire pits, fully stocked kitchen, updated bathroom. Only 2 hours from NYC, 3 miles from Livingston Manor with shops, breweries & eateries, you are going to love it! The cabin is steps away from the river. The river is visible from all areas of the cabin. The river is deeper at times depending on the weather. Fully heated with radiators for cozy days and evenings. Central a/c in the main room and Ceiling fans in every room.
The sun-room is our favorite room, as it has french doors that lead to the new large deck with a beautiful view of the river, it’s the perfect spot to spend your days. There is also a futon for extra sleeping space in the sun room.
There is a mudroom with a dryer and extra blankets, high chair, and board games. There is smart TV and internet.

Great little cozy place to stay. Creek in the back is soo beautiful. Host is very friendly, easy to communicate with and was very accommodating!! Highly recommend this property for a stay in the area.

Our third year staying at this property and we always feel very comfortable. Plenty of room, away from the road noise of the highway with only the sound of the stream just a few feet off the back door. Wonderful property.

Great cabin in a great location

This was a great cabin. There is a back porch facing the river and sun shines on it during the day. We loved it. The town of Livingston Manor is adorable and there are beautiful hikes nearby. Definitely recommend for a getaway.Allison is a great host and kindly helped us retrieve some items we accidentally left behind.

Spacious creekside location

We enjoyed a long weekend right in the heart of American flyfishing country and along the beautiful Willowemoc Creek. My husband fished while I birdwatched. We also brought bikes and took a stunning ride right from the cabin, along the creek. This place is perfect for all outdoor pursuits and the owner was very responsive to our questions and requests. Sitting outside in the mornings, sipping coffee and listening to the rushing water was a highlight. Nice place.

Lovely Place

Although cute and quaint the exterior does not prepare you for what you see when you open the door! The interior looks brand new with an open concept kitchen/dining living room area, gorgeous hardwood floors, kitchen with beautiful, plentiful cabinets and counter space, dining table and nice living room furniture. Two nice bedrooms and bath ..however beds are full-sized and not friendly for those over 6ft tall. Nice front porch with rockers. Back deck by the creek and yard furniture, where I saw a bald eagle fly by! Too hot and low water to fish, but would be great in better conditions. We loved the nearby town with shops and good places to eat! 1

We love staying at DeBruce Cabin. It’s convenient to Bethel Woods for concerts and we enjoy the nearby town of Livingston Manor. Alison is always so helpful and answers any questions we have quickly. The sound of the brook right outside the back door is so relaxing. Can’t wait to stay here again!

Cabin on the Stream - So Peaceful

Our host was very communicative and check-in/out was easy. Our family thouroughly enjoyed the open plan with comfy rooms and a charming sun porch. The kitchen had all the equipment you need. You can wake up and go to sleep with the sound of the stream. The rock pool in the stream along with the inner tubes provided a lovely opportunity to relax is the pristine water. Proximity to Livingston Manor helped with getting last minute supplies. Multiple places to sit outside further enhanced out experience .We will be back.

No one is around and no cellphone signals.

Make sure to go there with a group of people and take safety measures. No one was around the cottage, cellphone don't work in this remote area. It just one cottage on its own.
