“It was a great stay. The place was cosy and had everything you need and stuff you forgot to bring . I will definitely be staying here again.”

“We had an amazing stay! We enjoyed touring Concord and Cambridge. The apartment and the location suited us very well. The area was quiet and the apartment was very easy to access. Communication with the host was pleasant and helpful.Beds were comfortable and kitchen well-supplied.”

“Spacious loft in the top of an old house accessed by a fabulous outdoor spiral staircase. Only a block or two away from many of Ipswich’s historical attractions. The unit and the area exceeded our expectations. Highly recommended!”

“This property was exceptionally clean, fully ready for guests, and matched the app listing precisely. It is a great, affordable option for anyone looking to stay in the area. However, it is worth noting that the air conditioning struggled at times, which made the space feel quite humid indoors.Very recommended!”

“Great place to stay—loved the renovations, it was very clean and had an exclusive side entrance for coming & going. I would definitely stay there again!”

“Good location near water; .8 miles to Salem Witch museum & downtown”

“It always seems like every time I stay at Motel 6. It’s very quiet and peaceful. People at the front desk are very professional and know how to do their job I tell people about my stays all the time By the way, the bathroom is beautiful”

The vacation rental was well-equipped with everything we needed, making our stay comfortable and enjoyable.Osvaldo was an excellent host—friendly, responsive, and easy to communicate with whenever we had a question. We truly appreciated his hospitality and would gladly stay here again. Thank you for making our trip such a pleasant experience!”

“Well kept property”

“It was just what we needed for a quick trip. It was within a 15-30 min walk to the Salem mall which is near the heart of Salem. Host was very easy to communicate with and any issues (minor things) were handled swiftly. It also felt like a very safe area especially when walking back home at night.”

“We needed something walkable to downtown Salem for the costume party we were attending, but also needed our resting ground to be peaceful and it was. Very nice waterfront view too...pleasant surprise. Cesar was very accommodating.”

“If you are looking for a comfy stay in a cute neighborhood near Boston, this is a nice spot. The town is quiet enough with a nice walk along the shore, believe it's called the Greenway or similar. I ate at a fresh caught seafood place on the bridge that takes either cash or Venmo. The only thing to know about this unit is you'll walk up two flights of narrow winding stairs so as long as that works for you then all else is great, quiet, etc.”

“The property is in a great location. Close enough to walk to the Haunted Happenings but far enough away to get away from the chaos. It was clean. Nice vibe. Parking.”
