"The concierge (s) were delightful to talk to! The valet and lobby staff were also very polite and engaging. Loved the pumpkin contest. Everybody was splendid, from the cleaning staff to the waitress in the hotel restaurant and bar. There was one lady, a little older (white, maybe reddish/brown hair), who worked the front desk when we first arrived on Oct. 29. She was not as helpful or pleasant as everyone else. In fact, I felt rather embarrassed or self-conscious when interacting with her. Other than that, excellent hotel!"

"This hotel has a very cool vibe, and is close to T.D. Garden, and lots of cool restaurants and bars. The room was very modern, super techy, and chic. The bed was very comfortable, and the shower/bathroom were nice. The staff was super helpful and kind. We will definitely stay here again!"

"Great location , walk to shops ,restaurants ( Newbury street etc) and attractions Convenient T stops for those using public transportation Couldn’t stream on their TV - not sure if it’s my VPN Find your own parking if you have a car Reasonable rates considering it’s Boston Good breakfast Sound insulation not good - could easily hear ambulances , sirens etc"
